As a dietary supplement, take 2 tablespoons once a day. For best results take the serving in the morning by itself or with your chosen drink/meal. As a topical skincare supplement, use enough to cover chosen skin surface (suitable for all skin types). 

• 250ml = 8 servings (2 tablespoons daily)
• 500ml = 16 servings (2 tablespoons daily)

• As soon as you receive your Sea Moss Gel, IMMEDIATELY refrigerate it for 5 hours before use.  Before shipping the Sea Moss Gels, we keep them frozen and securely wrap them in insulated temperature-controlled packaging. However, it may thaw during transit, so you’ll want to refrigerate it for a few hours to ensure it will return to its intended consistency.  The texture is more like cranberry sauce or jam. It can be kept in the refrigerator for 3-4 weeks.

• For any excess sea moss tubs bought, please keep the other jar/s that you will not consume straight away in the freezer for it to last up to 6 months.

• If you want to defrost your gels after being frozen, place the gel on the counter for a few hours. The amount of time to defrost will depend on room temperature. This will help maintain the gel consistency. If it is defrosted in the refrigerator, the gel will be more icy or clumpy and less like a gel.
